You don't show WHERE any of these communities are on the island, you don't show much of the communities, you don't give an idea of typical listings or quality of homes in the area, you don't give any information on services available in the area... in fact you don't say much of anything. You never discuss the infrastructure and amenities etc. Opportunities for outdoor activities are not enough to entice people to move there . Are there airports nearby? Hospitals?

What happens when the post it rate is higher than the contract rate when breaking the contract? I.e. interest going negative, does then just the 3 x interest apply? Does that ever happen? Where, 3 year rates are higher than 5 year rates, when breaking the mortgage contract 2 years in?
